Ke’ale Chiropractic continues to monitor the Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) daily. Currently, there are ninety reported cases of COVID-19 identified in Hawaii, and one death.
We are encouraging everyone to utilize the resources below to get updated information related to COVID-19. These resources provide information about how individuals can stay prepared and take steps to prevent spread of the virus. We encourage everyone to take reasonable precautions and stay informed. Being prepared is vital. Here’s what you can do to plan and prepare now:

- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 30 seconds.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Sanitize and sanitize often. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
- Wear a mask (if you can) if you are sick to prevent spreading illness to other people.
